Paula is focused on Employee Engagement, Process Development and Improvement, and supporting all areas of the EDS Business. 

Paula’s background is in international HR having lived and worked in Papua New Guinea, Cambodia and the Middle East for the last 20 years. She has specialised in mentoring teams across the world and is now happy to be making her home in Scotland.
